Dog Mom is the supplier brand and operator of dogmom.app ("Dog Mom," "we," "us," or "our"). Product and account support is available at support@dogmom.app. Legal, regulatory-record, and compliance questions may be sent to compliance@dogmom.app.
Informational use
Dog Mom provides organizational tools, general education, and summaries of public information. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a licensed veterinarian. Seek urgent veterinary care when your dog may be experiencing an emergency.
AI-generated insights
Paid AI features summarize owner-entered records and generate general care questions using a configured third-party language model. Model output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular dog. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, medical record, or substitute for examination by a licensed veterinarian. Do not delay urgent or emergency veterinary care while waiting for or relying on an app response.
Subscriptions
Dog Mom Pro is $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Its seven-day free trial requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically and the payment method is charged the displayed monthly or annual price. Dog Mom VIP is $19.99 per month or $129.99 per year and does not include a free trial unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the exact first charge and renewal dates are shown at checkout.
Paid plans automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. You may cancel anytime through account billing or the manage-subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancel before the end of a trial to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access continues through that period.
Digital fulfillment
Dog Mom is a digital service. Subscription features are activated in the buyer's account after Lemon Squeezy confirms payment or trial activation. A one-time Directory report is unlocked in the selected account after Lemon Squeezy confirms that transaction. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds and payment disputes
Refund or withdrawal requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction through the link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt, the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or support@dogmom.app. Requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, and mandatory consumer law. A request within 14 days is reviewed for eligibility and is not a universal guarantee where the law does not require a refund.
Please contact Dog Mom or Lemon Squeezy with the receipt and account email before opening a bank or card dispute so we can investigate access, billing, or cancellation issues. This does not limit any lawful chargeback, card-scheme, or consumer-protection right.
Government regulatory records
License statuses, disciplinary actions, and regulatory alerts in the Directory are summaries of third-party government public information, including California Veterinary Medical Board and Department of Consumer Affairs records. Dog Mom does not create those government records and does not represent that a past action proves current misconduct, future risk, or the quality of any specific treatment.
Public records can be corrected, modified, satisfied, stayed, or superseded. Use the linked government record, verify the current license directly with the regulator, and obtain independent clinical advice before relying on a listing. Provider listings do not guarantee quality, safety, licensing status, price, availability, or outcome. Clinic owners and users may request a record review at compliance@dogmom.app.
